Sarah Crevillén illustrations

Aqui os dejamos algunos de los dibujos que nos encantan de nuestra compañera Sarah, de un cierto estilo gótico, en donde el color negro y las sombras abundan. Sus dibujos llenos de detalles minuciosos hacen de sus ilustraciones caracteres reales y únicas. Para nosotras en especial el dibujo del medio en el que representa a una chica con las reglas de patronaje y el metro para confección refleja muy bien las noches en las que tenemos que trabajar estas asignaturas hasta las tantas.Al igual que nosotras Sarah también está seleccionada en el desfile de IFEMA novias que haremos en el mes de Mayo, la primera ilustración representa su vestido de novia, el cual está hecho mediante lana y alambre, permitiendo crear estructuras moldeables, todo ello adornado de rosas de papel. Here we leave you a few of our friend Sarah’s drawings. They have an almost gothic look to them, where the color black and deep shadows are always featured. Her illustrations are filled with delicate details which makes them more real and unique. The middle drawing is especially significant for us, for it’s a girl with patterning and sewing material (rulers etc), and still in her pyjamas, representing our long nights working hard for class. Just like us, Sarah has been selected for the show at the Madrid Bridal Fashion Week in May, so the first drawing we show you is actually her design for the competition, which is made up of wool interlocked with wire to create malleable structures, all of this, decorated with paper roses. We want to thank her for the amazing illustrations she’s allowed us to show on our blog. We hope you like them!
